This is one of the easiest and best appetizers to serve to your guests. And they’re not only super-tasty but also super yummy. The first time I made them was last year on thanksgiving. The menu was ready, desserts were ready, and I forgot the appetizers. My mom, dad, siblings, friends, and even friends of friends were coming over and I got super stressed about what to serve them in appetizers. Although the lunch was ready but it doesn’t look good to serve the lunch right away. During that rush and confusion, I came across this super easy recipe on the internet and decided to give it a try. Even when I started making these chicken lettuce cups I was so unsure if they would turn out fine and worth serving. But guess what? They turned out great and delicious! And everyone loved them (and took pictures of them too) .

As everyone in my family likes spicy food, I add hot peppers in it. Also, I add cannabutter in it which I make using the strain “Harlequin”. A friend of mine recommended it to me for pain relief and it works great. It’s an instant pain killer and energy booster. However, you can use the strain of your choice.

I can never skip deviled eggs on the menu. They’re a must-have dish for me and my Mom. I’m glad to say that many restaurants and cafes have added deviled eggs to their menus, giving me more opportunities to try them out.

If you plan to cook them at home, deviled eggs can be somewhat complicated. However, I like them even more a simple form.

I’ve loved this dish for years, but I have never tried it at home. Then, recently, I visited a friend of mine, who had super-tasty deviled eggs ready for me for a lunch. They were so yummy that I ended up asking her how she made them. And guess what? The recipe was so simple that anybody can follow it, to make delicious deviled eggs.

I’m not a cooking expert myself, but I tried the recipe she gave me and I was so proud to see, and of course to eat, my deviled eggs.

If only I knew it earlier that deviled eggs are so easy to make, I wouldn’t have visited restaurants so often in search of them. Well, I’m glad I know it now.

Before I share this super-easy deviled eggs recipe with you, here is a tip you need to keep in mind, before starting with the cooking process: the key to making super-tasty deviled eggs, is to boil the eggs perfectly - don’t half boil or over boil.

This puffy, flaky dish just the most awesome dish one can try. Among all the savory & sweet recipes that I’ve ever tried, this one’s got to be my favorite and it is fun to make.

For all the busy ladies out there, who can’t spend hours in the kitchen, this dish will hardly take an hour. You don’t have to make the pastry yourself. There are frozen versions available in the market, which make this dish oh-so-easy to cook.

This is one of the quickest appetizers you can make if you have a lunch or dinner party at your place. The first time I tried this dish was when my Mom & Dad came over. I checked out a lot of recipes online, but ended up creating my own.

The recipe I’m sharing here today is my go-to recipe for a quick, easy-to-cook appetizer. You can be more versatile with the toppings, changing them, according to your taste.

So, here goes the super-easy recipe of the super-delicious flaky vegetable tart:

The idea of making this spiced potato soup came to me last weekend. I was dining out with a friend, and the couple sitting next to us ordered something similar with chunks of bacon and it looked delicious. I thought to myself, “Sweet potato and bacon? Yes, most definitely!”

So, the very next day, I made this velvety, smoked paprika soup with a garnish of scallions, walnuts, and some legendary, crispy bacon, glazed with cannabis-infused butter.

And I kid you not, I literally cried with joy, when I first tasted it!.

The cannabis is added in two doses - once, cooked with the vegetables, and then again, in the garnish. The best thing about the garnish dose is that you can add as much as you want, or skip it completely if you want to keep the cannabis dosage low. This soup, if ungarnished, will last up to 5 days in the refrigerator.

This amazingly delicious smoothie is packed with a lot of nutrition – healthy fats and calcium from almonds and milk, fiber from banana, and all the health-boosting properties of dates. It’s simple, quick, nutritious, and filling breakfast to start your day with. And at the same time a fabulous after-dinner treat to curb your sweet tooth.

If you ask which smoothie I never get bored of, my answer would always be this banana, almond and date smoothie. I make this date smoothie every day. It’s my post-workout drink since the last 4 months. The dates make it naturally sweetened, which is a great thing because there’s no need to add sweeteners. It’s all natural and tastes like a delightful dessert.

The first time I tried it was at my sister’s place. It was 10 in the morning and I was craving something sweet. She had all the ingredients already at home so she quickly made me one. And since then I’m totally hooked to it. So when I say I’m a smoothie-lover, I’m basically referring to this one.

I love thick smoothies so I use frozen bananas and ice. You can vary the amount of ice according to how thick you like your smoothies. You can add more fruits in this smoothie if you want a mixture flavors but I’d still recommend you to try this as it is at least once. You’re going to love it, I promise!

Are you looking for cocktail recipes to help to stay refreshed in summers? Well I’ve got a super tasty one to share. I’m so glad I found this recipe that I originally wrote in my notebook about 2 years ago. I tried this cocktail at my sister’s place for the first time, and got hooked to it for a very long time. And a few days back I was checking my recipe notebook to see if I can find some good dish to make, and guess what? I found this lemon weed drop recipe. And ended up making it (obviously).

I literally have a love affair with cocktails and the best thing I find about them is that you can experiment with their ingredients without hesitating.

For this one, however, I’ve kept things basic. But you can add some ingredients according to your taste if you want.

Tomahawk-Ribeye-Recipe pinit E easy

Also known as cowboy ribeye, tomahawk ribeye is a rib steak cut from the fore-rib - the 6th - 12th rib of the cow, and has the entire bone left in.

This bone-in rib steak has a great amount of muscular fat, which adds a rich flavor to it when cooked. The final flavor of the steak is a mixture of flavors released by both the inter-muscular fat & the huge bone. The bone is French-trimmed, making for a wonderful presentation on the dinner table.

Tomahawk ribeye is a perfect sharing steak for any kind of special occasions, or romantic meals, as it can easily feed 2 - 3 people.

If you’re a fan of bone-in steaks like Porterhouse or T-bone, you’ll definitely love this one too. It’s because the main muscle in tomahawk rib eye - the longissimus dorsi - is also the primary muscle on a Porterhouse or T-bone steak.

And there you go! You have your spicy, cheesy, mouth-watering shrimp quesadillas.

Hummus is one of the tastiest dishes I’ve ever tried! It’s such an incredible dish and super-easy to make at home.

The first time I tried it was almost 5 years ago, and since then, I’ve been a huge hummus fan.

Hummus has been one of the most popular dishes consumed in the Middle East since ancient times, as you may already know. In addition to its great taste, it also brings many health benefits - that most people aren’t aware of. It’s highly beneficial for people with high cholesterol and heart diseases. The beans and chickpeas in hummus help reduce cholesterol levels and fight against cardiovascular diseases. This delicious dish also helps in regulating your digestive system, which is another plus!

If you’ve ever tried or researched about hummus before, you’d know that hummus is available in a wide variety of flavors. So, you can try making any flavor you like. When you’re making hummus at home, you can add pine nuts, or roasted peppers, etc, to make it even tastier. My favorite type of hummus is the one that has chopped spinach in it. I tried it for the first time about 3 months ago, and it turned out super-tasty.

If you want to try it out, here’s the recipe:

Tip: keep the canned chickpea liquid, called “aquafaba” for a number of awesome uses!

This oatmeal is the perfect, ultra-nutritious breakfast you have been looking for! It can be prepared within 30 minutes.

I’ve been regularly eating this wholesome breakfast for a week now - let me tell you, it’s such a fill-you-up food that keeps you energized! It will keep you satisfied until lunchtime, and you won’t feel the need for any snacking in between.

Oatmeal contains a high content of manganese, phosphorus, magnesium, iron & zinc - all the minerals your body needs to stay fit & healthy. It is also rich in antioxidants & has anti-inflammatory properties. Because oatmeal has a large amount of soluble fiber, it also helps improve digestion too. Lastly, oatmeal is very beneficial for people, who are trying to lose weight, because it’s a food that makes you feel full, and has lower calories. All the health-boosting benefits of oatmeal make it a perfect meal to start your day with.

One important thing that I’d like to mention here is that you want to buy the best-quality oatmeal available, because it really does affect the flavor of the final product.

Tip: When you have leftover oatmeal, make pancakes or waffles with it. That’s what I usually do. Add some milk, an egg, a pinch of baking soda & the leftover oatmeal. Mix up the batter, and dollop on a griddle, or into a waffle iron. And there you go! You’ve recycled one delicious breakfast into another.

I love experimenting with flavors of soups. They can be made with 5 ingredients, or 50. They can be completed in 15 - 20 mins, or cooked over several hours. In summers, they’re served refreshingly chilled, and in winters, steaming hot & soul-soothing.

This heavenly & delicious, twice-medicated soup is usually made in winters, in our home, and served warm. A hearty soup, along with some crusty bread & simple salad - it is my favorite meal in the dead of winter.

Since it is a vegetable soup that is very easy to make, I never think twice, before preparing it. All you’ve got to do is fill a soup pot with your favorite vegetables, herbs & spices, and add some liquid to cover & cook. It has no choice, but to turn out tasty. If you like it rich, add shredded cheese & sour cream, to garnish.

Packed with your favorite veggies, this soup makes a healthy, happy, winter meal. Because everyone needs a quick, easy vegetable soup recipe, here’s my version to help you out.

The month of the year I cannot wait for the most is March. When I enter the store and see beautiful, bright green asparagus displayed - I think to myself, “Like, YES! My favorite spring vegetable is back!”

As soon as it’s here, I fill my menu with easy asparagus dishes, like asparagus salads, baked lemon chicken with asparagus, asparagus tart, and, of course, this delicious cannabis-infused asparagus-dill soup.

This simple & tasty soup will be ready in about 30 minutes, and is a perfect light meal to enjoy, on a lovely, spring day. You can also make it purely vegetarian, by using vegetable broth, instead of chicken broth.

This velvety, creamy soup is made without cream, but some cannabis instead. For this soup, I infuse olive oil with Sativa strains. These strains, in general, uplift your mood. I know a lot of people, who are getting relief from their depression, using good sativa strains like Jack Herer.

Cooking and eating cannabis-infused foods is one of my favorite things to do. The pleasure they offer is unexplainable. For a recent gathering, I served this medicated butternut squash soup to my guests, followed by a weedy dinner, and ended the meal with pot brownies.

This squash soup is the perfect savory food to start your meal with. It’ll get you high, and have no added sugar, so you can save some space for dessert.

Also, it’s my go-to food for a relaxing, cosy, winter night, ending your day.

In case you all are also craving it in this cosy fall, and want to make it, here’s the recipe:

This terrific, crunchy, fresh salad is the hero of all Asian salads. With shredded chicken & vegetables, like cabbage & carrots, chopped cilantro & romaine lettuce, tossed with wasabi vinaigrette, and topped with peanuts – this salad is a great all-rounder! I love how it’s so tasty & healthy, at the same time.

Wasabi dressing adds a unique flavor to this Asian chicken salad – the flavor that makes it extra special & delicious. I love the flavor of ginger & sesame in the dressing, and the hit of cannabis, of course. That taste has got me hooked, literally! I top the salad with roasted peanuts - so simple & flavorful -but you can finish it with sesame seeds, chopped wasabi peas, or anything else you crave!

Poke-&-Pot-Recipe pinit E easy

“Poke” is a Hawaiian word, which means “cut in pieces”, and this dish consists of small bites of marinated fish, served with veggies, herbs, fruit and rice.

It’s a light, refreshing & healthy meal, which is super easy to make, and can be customized, according to taste. It can be thought of as the Hawaiian version of a burrito bowl – a one pot meal, loaded with your favorite ingredients.

I infuse the poke using sesame oil, or sometimes coconut oil. A lot of people prefer coconut oil, or other types of cooking oil, but I personally love the taste the sesame oil adds to the food. It’s my first choice, not only for this particular dish, but also other dishes like hummus, etc.

Make sure the fish you buy is uber-fresh, and of the best quality available. When preparing the poke, sometimes the mix of flavors completely disguises the taste of cannabis. So, if you want to keep its taste in your food, just drizzle a few drops of the infused oil on the top of the dish, before serving.

Of the many ways to consume cannabis, tinctures are one of the easiest to prepare. They are very flexible in that they can be prepared either mildly or strongly, according to the consumer’s preferences.

Tinctures can be taken directly, by applying a few drops under the tongue or can be added into beverages such as juices, coffee & tea. These super easy-to-make tinctures are highly effective, and can be made using your favorite strains of cannabis.

Tinctures can be made using various extraction agents, like honey or alcohol. However, this recipe will use vegetable glycerin, and you will have a perfectly prepared tincture in about 24 hours.
