How many smoothie lovers are out there? I’m sure many. Summer is the perfect time for a smoothie, and most people will be looking for smoothie recipes, to get themselves refreshed in the intense heat.

I’ve been a huge smoothie fan, since I was 14. That’s when I tried one, for the first time. It was a strawberry smoothie, and super-delicious one, too. Smoothies are must-have for me wherever I go, and one of the first things I check on the menus of the cafes I visit.

I have, literally, lost count of how many smoothies I’ve tried, over the years. After spending a lot of money on these delights, I’ve recently started making them at home. The first one I tried was a strawberry cannabis-infused smoothie, to which I am still addicted! The second time I made one, I added some honey to it, which gave it a really balanced, sweet taste.

I’m sharing my recipe here today, and I’m sure you are going to love it. It’s not one of those smoothies you find in juice bars - it tastes really different. You will be hooked!

The recipe I’m sharing is for a strawberry smoothie with cannabis-infused oil, but you can replace it with your favorite fruit.

Tip: Don’t add smoothies as a replacement to your meals, just enjoy them as a summer bounty!

Another good thing about it is that it’s very easy to make and doesn’t require a long list of ingredients. So you can get into the kitchen without thinking twice and prepare this drink for yourself in a couple of minutes.

My version of iced Thai high tea has condensed milk combined with cannabis butter, which makes it even tastier and healthier. I never added butter in my tea until I saw all these people adding butter in coffee. Well, when coffee can have butter, tea can too. I make butter for this super-yummy tea with “Ace of Spades” strain. Its flavor is very unique and citrusy, and its high is long lasting (what could be better than this).

This tea is so refreshing and relaxing that one can get hooked to it very easily. With every sip your stress and tiredness is alleviated and you can feel your energy level going up, up, and up!

This recipe that I’m going to share here today is the one that I have recently tried. You know, there are a few dishes and drink that make you feel proud that you made them because they turn out so good and delicious. Well, this is one of those drinks. And the best thing about this drink called “triple melon magic” is not only refreshing but also very nutritious.

The melons used in this drink are one of the most loved fruits of summer, and they’re also rich in vitamin C, water, and fiber. Just in case you don’t know, vitamin C has several health benefits like lowering uric acid levels, and reducing the risk of chronic diseases. It is also a natural antioxidant that keeps your skin, blood, and bones healthy.

I’m a huge fan of smoothies, these are some of my very favorite ones!

A huge glass of raw cannabis smoothie is all you need to get refresh & relaxed. They contain the chopped leaves of raw cannabis, blended with vegetables and/or fruit. This is one of the methods being used to consume cannabis for medical purposes. It is gaining more attention these days, as THC in cannabis is activated through heat, so using raw cannabis allows people to take the benefit of CBD, without experiencing any of the “high”.

CBD provides many benefits, such as relief from inflammation, the treatment of depression, seizure disorders, etc. People who want to use cannabis to treat such disorders can easily consume it via smoothies, without getting high.

However, this does not mean you have to treat this beverage as a medication. You can truly enjoy it, as it is very tasty. However, it should be noted that raw cannabis drinks are medicinal in nature.

As most people don’t have juicers, I’ve shared this recipe that uses a blender.

Tip: Be sure the weed used is thoroughly chopped. Otherwise, it will get stuck in the blades of the blender, and cause a bit of trouble, when blending.

These two smoothies are a bit different in flavor, as one contains vegetables & fruits, while the other doesn’t. I like the fruit option, as it has more vitamins & nutrients, as well as being very light & refreshing. The other one has more fresh cannabis in it, so it’s a bit more creamy & hearty.

This peanut butter quick bread is my favorite flavor of all. Spongy & moist, this bread boasts an amazing peanut flavor. It’s up to you which peanut butter you use, either smooth or crunchy, but I personally love chunky peanut butter because it gives the bread a better texture because of the chopped peanuts.

Just like with peanut butter, it is up to you which cannabutter you use. I prefer using indica strains for this recipe. However, you can use a strain of your choice to make the cannabis butter, for this recipe.

Is it just me or is breakfast incomplete without some super-yummy French toast?

And they’re not just a must-have, but also my favorite thing to have in the morning. A large cup of cannabis tea with divine, canna-infused French toast - it’s a heavenly combo to start your day with.

Since they are very easy to make, you probably won’t even have to worry about having the ingredients on hand, or if you have enough time to prepare them. The cooking will take hardly 10 - 15 minutes.

For this stuffed French toast recipe, I usually use apricot or Marion berry jam. The combination of Marion berry jam and ricotta cheese gives the French toast a very balanced level of sweetness, which is just according to my taste. However, you can stuff them with the jam of your choice - blueberry & blackberry work well & give a stunning presentation as well.

Here’s my go-to recipe for tasty stuffed French toast:

For all those who haven’t heard of it before, this bread is a heavenly one that takes you to another world as soon as it enters your mouth. And I’m seriously not exaggerating it. I tried it for the first time about 3 months ago and I couldn’t stop munching. I ate ALL of it alone.

The second time I made it was in breakfast when my sister came over. And that was when both of us got hooked to it. She stayed at my place for nine days and we made it every day.

So basically, this bread is made using canna-flour. It has a strong weed taste but you don’t have to worry about it. It can be disguised by adding ginger, cloves and vanilla.

Also, before you bake this bread, de-carboxylate the cannabis to release the terpenes, cannabinoids, and flavonoids. If you want to make a more potent bread, simply add more canna flour.

The popularity of cannabis edibles has skyrocketed in the past few years as weed lovers have decided that they can have their canna cakes and pastas whenever and wherever they want. An essential ingredient behind these tasty hash treats is cannabutter. I’ve checked a lot of cannabutter recipes over the years and what I realized is that many people prefer and therefore prepare mild cannabutter. However, as I have high tolerance to cannabis, I always prefer mine to be extremely strong. It’s also because mostly when I’m eating canna-infused edibles, I want my joint pain to go away. And it’s only possible with a highly potent cannabis dish.

Mostly the milder cannabutter is preferred by people who just want to relax or refresh themselves. But what I always tell these people is that you can reduce its potency in your dishes by simply using less of cannabutter and more of regular butter. But once your cannabutter is made, you can’t change its potency. So it’s always better to make a stronger one and then set a ratio of regular butter to cannabutter that suits your desires and tolerance level.

Cannabutter, just like canna-oil, is one of the most versatile mediums to consume cannabis. It helps you digest cannabis in your everyday meals, and control the potency & doses, according to your desires.

There are various types of cannabutter, including garlic cannabutter, herb butter, and plain pot butter. So many options, and they’re all very easy to make. My favorite one is garlic herb cannabutter, the recipe of which I’ll be sharing here with you.

I love having garlic herb cannabutter, with king prawns & grilled chicken. I have this cannabutter stored in my fridge all the time, and whenever I have guests at my place, I cook sausages, cut them into slices, and serve it with this delicious cannabutter. Such a quick, easy, and super-tasty meal to serve!

Let your creativity step in, and I’m pretty sure you’ll find a lot of other dishes for the garlic herb cannabutter. This infused butter is a great product and takes almost any meal from delicious to super-delicious!

Note: The cannabis infused garlic herb butter should be kept in the fridge until utilization. It stays fresh for a couple of weeks when refrigerated. If you want to store it for a longer time, then it can you can store it in the freezer for several months.

Cannabis-infused cooking oil is the most versatile medium to consume cannabis and it can be used in sauteing vegetables, baking desserts, frying up eggs for breakfast, and cooking delish meals for lunch and dinner. Also, by using canna-oil in cooking at home you have complete control over the preparation of your dishes. You use peanut oil in dishes? Infuse peanut oil with cannabis. You like canola oil? Make cannabis-infused canola oil. Coconut, olive, sunflower, peanut, canola, and all other oils are great carriers for cannabis and can be easily used to make cannabis-infused oil at home.

If you want to cook with cannabis, learning how to prepare cannabis-infused cooking oil is the very first step. It is because it’s the key ingredient used in countless canna-infused recipes. Making canna-oil employs the same process as in our cannabutter recipe. I mostly have both stored in my house. I keep the canna-oil in fridge and cannabutter in the freezer.

When planning to make canna-oil for homemade cannabis edibles, you need to choose the oil you want to use. The oils I most often use are coconut, olive, and canola. I usually use coconut oil or cannabutter for most desserts, and canola or olive oil for savory foods. However, for making curries, I always use coconut oil.

THC is released during the heating process into the oil, and the oils with higher fat content are able to absorb more THC from cannabis as compared to oils with lower fat content. Coconut and olive oil have higher fat content as compared to canola oil. However, you should not heat these oils at a super high temperature. Once the THC is released in the oil, you should keep the heat very low so that the oil doesn’t boil. It is because boiling decreases the THC potency in the oil. Although this statement is not backed by any scientific evidence, it is still better to play safe and keep the oil on low heat and not let it simmer. It is recommended to use plain oil for all the cooking that requires high temperature.

Chewy granola bars or crunchy granola bars? This is a common question related to granola. For me, it’s always the chewy variety I love enjoy the most. Crunchy ones just aren’t my thing, and I’m always afraid those crunchy bars are going to break a tooth!

While my go-to combo is nuts & chocolates, ginger & cranberry also make a wonderful duo. These bars are a great way to switch up your breakfast, or snack line-up. You can change up the flavors and personalize them, according to your taste. By trying out different flavors, you’ll never get bored with them.

If you’re looking for a sweet, energy-boosting snack, that can be made easily and stored long term, there is nothing better you’ll find than these granola bars.

When I make them, I usually eat a few, and wrap the rest in wax paper, sealing in a resealable, plastic bag, and storing in the freezer. Whenever I feel like eating them, I remove some from the freezer, and let them come to room temperature - if I’m not badly craving them - or defrost them in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
